Refund & Cancellation Policy
1. Tour Package Refunds
Refunds for cancelled tour packages are processed as per the cancellation policy mentioned in our Terms & Conditions. Refund amounts are calculated after deducting applicable cancellation charges and non-refundable components (visa fees, insurance premiums, etc.).
2. Flight Cancellations
Flight cancellation and refund policies are governed by the respective airline's terms. Processing fees may apply for cancellation requests handled by Dreamscape Tours. Refunds for flights typically take 7-15 business days.
3. Hotel Cancellations
Hotel cancellation policies vary by property and rate type. Non-refundable bookings cannot be cancelled or modified. Flexible bookings can be cancelled as per the hotel's cancellation window.
4. Visa Fees
Visa processing fees are non-refundable regardless of the outcome. Service charges for visa assistance by Dreamscape Tours are also non-refundable once the processing has begun.
5. Refund Processing
Approved refunds are processed within 7-10 business days from the date of approval. Refunds are made to the original payment method. Bank processing times may vary, and it may take an additional 5-7 business days for the amount to reflect in your account.
6. Force Majeure
In case of cancellations due to natural disasters, pandemics, government restrictions, or other force majeure events, Dreamscape Tours will work with service providers to offer the best possible resolution, which may include rescheduling, credit notes, or partial refunds.
