1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing and using the services provided by Dreamscape Tours, you agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions. If you do not agree with any part of these terms, please do not use our services.

2. Booking & Payments

All bookings are subject to availability and confirmation. A deposit of 30-50% of the total package cost is required at the time of booking. The remaining balance must be paid at least 15 days before the departure date. Payments can be made via bank transfer, credit/debit card, or online payment.

3. Cancellation Policy

Cancellation charges apply as follows: More than 30 days before departure — 10% of total cost; 15-30 days — 25%; 7-15 days — 50%; Less than 7 days — 75%; No show — 100%. Cancellation charges for flights, hotels, and other services booked separately will be as per the respective service provider's policy.

4. Travel Documents

It is the responsibility of the traveler to carry valid travel documents including passport, visa, and any required permits. Dreamscape Tours will assist in the visa process but is not liable for visa rejections or delays.

5. Liability

Dreamscape Tours acts as an intermediary between the traveler and service providers (airlines, hotels, transport). We are not liable for any loss, damage, delay, or cancellation caused by the service providers, natural disasters, or circumstances beyond our control.

6. Changes to Itinerary

Dreamscape Tours reserves the right to alter the itinerary or substitute services of equivalent standard due to unforeseen circumstances, weather conditions, or operational requirements.
